Graduate of the Belgrade University Faculty of Law. Received an MA in Human Rights and Democratisation at Yerevan State University and Tbilisi State University. Works for the professional services department of the Commissioner for the Protection of Equality as an independent advisor. In addition he is moderator of the Research and Data Collection working group of Equinet – the European Network of Equality Bodies Since 2021 he has been a member of the Executive Committee of SEEDIG – the South Eastern European Dialogue on Internet Governance. He is the author of numerous published articles and publications.
